We assess the event’s upload and download requirements, concurrent users, wired endpoints, streaming workloads and venue connectivity before recommending bandwidth.
Primary and secondary connectivity
Where feasible, we coordinate primary and alternate ISP paths to reduce dependence on a single access circuit. Diverse routing is subject to local provider and venue feasibility.
Venue network handoff
Our deployment can include external fiber coordination, router and firewall configuration, internal distribution and handoff to event teams.
On-site support and monitoring
Technical support and monitoring arrangements are scoped according to event duration, site conditions and agreed service levels.
